Among other innovative plant care products we carry three different riparium planter models. Planted ripariums offer many new opportunities for aquascape creativity and many new plant choices. While we have researched and tested many selections sold as pond plants and houseplants to find the best riparium choices, there are also a number of familiar aquarium plants that can adapt well for ripariums as emersed foliage. The attached photo shows one of our riparium plantings in a 55-gallon aquarium with several Cryptocoryne varieties, Anubias and Bolbitis heudelotii. This tank setup had a closed top to maintain the high air humidity they require to grow well in emersed condition.
